JC Hair Studio Cancellation Policy To provide the best experience for all of my clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ● Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service fee. ● No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ● Clients with an outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must pay the balance before booking another appointment. ● I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen.
